mike - i started this as a way to sell fake life and dorothea and then i decided i didn't like the way things are going in zine-land. i'm cool with anything you do. i'll throw down for my cousin richard and i hate that som'bitch. i grew up in the south so i have an extra high stupid bullshit tolerance. it just seemed to me some of the rougher voices, less crafty voices, were getting excluded. i love democracy and i just wanted to bring more people to the table is all.
cj - every time mike has an idea he runs down the hall to share it with me. go figure this one turned out to be pretty good. thing is i'm the queen of making people uncomfortable. if i have an opinion on something, and they'll tell you i have opinions on lots of things, then i have no problem sharing it. race, gender, sex, sexuality, religion, politics, whatever. if the elephant is in the room, he's not getting ignored.
adi - I'm the neighborhood recovering addict. Embittered by the void filled for so long by intoxication, I'm putting my life back together. Mike, CJ, and Rob are a blessing. Procrastination, latent anger, and growth are a blessing, too. And painful.
rob - i don't have a problem with being the inconsiderate bastard in the group. that is all.
you can send a check or money order or well concealed cash in the mail. (see above) or you can just use the paypal cart. we always list the price with postage. we think that's just being honest. or you can go to our etsy.com page and buy from us there. we lose twenty-five cents per issue though so please consider buying them here. we like etsy but we’re poor, very poor.
send us a copy to review. It’s that simple. If we like it we’ll make some kind of arrangement. If we don’t, we’ll write you a nice note about why
send us your zine or d.i.y. item. send us the amount you want us to sell. five is a good number. tell us how much it should sell for and how much you want back. that's right, you decide. if this were a business i'd use that engineering degree. just kidding, it's a law degree. if we need more, we'll let you know.
if they don't sell we can a) send them back, if you send us postage b) donate them or grabbag them or c) recycle them. anyhow, you decide how much to keep.
you can send us a copy for review. we'll review it and post the listing with your address and sale information. we'll also post our review and print it in the next issue.
the third option is, and this is rare, we'll buy copies. you send us a copy and we'll think about it. let us know all the pertinent stuff, maybe we will or maybe we won't. sample copies won't be returned but if we ever say no, we'll let you know why. its just polite.
